The Story

Tire repair kit are the core product of REXPAIR.

From the early beginning (and always) we wanted our products to speak for themselves. We never made common product just
to have something to sell. With the same principles, we designed and produced
our first models of Ultimate tire repair kit—which use for Autos, Motor, ATV/UTV,
Scooter etc. For producing them we tested thousands times to optimize reamer/fork
size, to make puncture size as small as possible.

From year 2021, we online few design tire repair kit, the ultimate tire repair kit which showed on our website, has been
version 3.

We had to overlook everything that we madebefore and look at different design for different user. Compact tire repair kit
for motorcycle come out then, and next one will be online soon.

Concept

REXPAIR tire repair kit was designed using tirepatch concept to make plug vulcanizing with tire, instead of resin plug
blocking with tire, This helps the plug lasts till tire retired.

Problems we solved

Easy to push in—compare to traditional resin plug kit,REXPAIR allow bare effort to insert plug, it will be easiest hole you’ve
plugged yet.

Muchless destruction of the tyre—Traditional kit makean approx. 4-5mm hole in order to fit the plug. REXPAIR kit comes with
much more narrow reamer, about 2.5-3mm, thus much less destruction of the tyre.

Water& dust proof. Avoid rust tire steel cord—REXPAIR use chemical vulcanizing fluid to make strip bonding with tire, stop water or
dust slip into tire to damage it.

Features

The handlebar shape was designed based on thousandstests. Ultimate tire repair kit request a bit big handlebar to reaming tire
puncture. Compact tire repair kit allow slight force to reaming. Smaller size
easy to store.

Specs

Ultimate tire repair kit was made by plastic handlebar and Compact tire repair kit was made by aluminum 6061, along
with precise workmanship, we did best to make our product good-look.
